Shock oil degrades look at this one. Depending on the number of races per year you run, all race and performance shocks should be serviced regularly by an authorized service facility.

“You change the oil in your engine for a reason, did you do you shocks”. If you have a shock that is bent or leaking, chances are we can get it fixed to new condition. Race Dampers are made to be serviced.

We service several popular brands of shocks including  Penske,  Ohlins, Moton, JRZ, AST, Moton, MCS, Nitron, Koni, Bilstein, and more.  A standard shock rebuild will have any damaged parts replaced, new o-rings and seals, and fresh oil installed.  Once that is completed we will then dyno the shock to ensure it is within tolerance.

We can check the rate of most any brand and size of spring.  We use our Roehrig spring dyno to check your spring. You can find the variations in spring rates and use them to your set up advantage or replace them as needed.

Shock Dyno Testing

We offer shock dyno testing and  analysis on any brand of shock.  ANZE Suspension has one of the latest Roehrig Shock Dynamometers to satisfy all your needs.  We have found that even new dampers should be Dyno tested as they often may not match out of the box.  Dyno testing also sets up a baseline for your vehicle.  It is important to the performance of your car to know that what you shock dynohave installed works and is set to your liking.  Dyno testing allows us to analyze and assess the condition of your shock, verify if it is within tolerance, and give you setting recommendations based on our knowledge.  Nobody should put a shock on their car that hasn’t been dyno tested.
